Alison M. Davidson

Ms. Davidson focuses on representing both lenders and borrowers in real estate and asset-based secured transactions.  She also has a broad range of experience representing buyers, sellers and developers in the purchase, sale, leasing and development of condominium projects, shopping centers, hotels, mixed use developments, agricultural land and office buildings.  Ms. Davidson has extensive experience in real estate due diligence matters including title and land use matters.

 

Ms. Davidson is a Certified Public Accountant, State of Hawaii.  Prior to obtaining her law degree, Ms. Davidson worked in the assurance department of a national public accounting firm in Honolulu.
